LEXUS CUP - HOTTIES
LEXUS CUP, one of the major golf events held each year in Singapore. It was held in TMCC last year...

This year, it was decided that it would be held in SICC, where I work....
and, for reason that I do not know, I was being tasked to be one of the hotlines "hotties"...
Well, I must say that the hotlines are truly hot but are we "hotties" truly hot?????
Ya, maybe, 'hot' being screamed and scolded over the phone calls each and everyday except Sat and Sun...

However, I must admit that I like this task...
having the chance to listen to the frustrations of members for not being able to use the club on the event days unless they are lucky enough to obtain a pass...
helping to provide any info that members needed to know... helping members to sort out their problems for not receiving the pass in time for the event...

Amongst all the calls answered, majority were unpleasant but there were also compliments from member for my positive attitute and for trying my best to assist... My fren asked me, "how do you handle it???"
BELIEVE... I believed in helpping peole...
I believed that if people are happy due to my assistance in solving their problems, it's double happiness for me...
Next is, REFUSE... I refused to let these calls or any situation arised from the calls to make me angry, unhappy, frustrated or whatsoever you call it...
coz, I have enough problems to worry about or feel troubled about...
hence, I kept telling myself...
the members were not scolding me, they are scolding the event and the Club... not ME... ahahaha....

Oh ya, since I have to station at the Bukit Location during the 3 event days...
I've decided to tack along with my husband's taxi to the Club...
but the condition is...
I have to wake up at 5 am in the morning... yawn....
I was dead tired after the first day and was knock out by 10.30 pm...
I never sleep at 10 plus unless I'm sick!!!
Well, I'm yawning and yawning right now while writing this blog...
won't be surprised to kana knock out at 10 plus again tonight.....

Yawn... Yawn... Yawn...
